We inform you that Aura Fertility Ltd. has appointed a DPO in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, who is at your disposal for any doubts or queries you may have regarding data protection, and whom you may contact via e-mail: dpo@aura-fertility.com.

You should be aware that there are different ways to collect personal data:

We collect information about you when you contact us through the channels provided for this purpose, such as the contact form, the newsletter form or when you give us your CV and other application information to work with us. 

When you contact us through these channels, we will ask for your consent to obtain your email address, your mail, name and surname, and other data about your professional profile and academic background in case you are applying to work with us.

All the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms provided will be mandatory, the omission of any of them could lead to the impossibility of us being able to provide the services requested. You must provide truthful information, and it is forbidden to impersonate anyone.

  1. What is the source of your data?

We consider that all the data processed by Aura Fertility has been provided to us freely. 

In the event that third-parties personal data is provided to us, you guarantee that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy and have obtained their authorisation to provide the data to Aura Fertility for the purposes indicated above. You also guarantee that the information provided is accurate and up to date, and you are responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

Aura Fertility Ltd. acts as the controller of the personal data for the following purposes:

c) To evaluate the CVs and other job application information received, and manage the selection processes. 

d) To analyse your browsing experience on our app through the installation of cookies, in order to adapt it to your interests, and to offer more efficient and personalised services and information.

  • Based on the legitimate interest of Aura Fertility Ltd.: 

a) To attend to requests for information and queries.

We also inform you that you have the right to file a complaint at the UK Data Protection Authority, Information Commissioner’s Office, if you believe that we have breached the applicable data protection legislation regarding the processing of your personal data.

We will only keep your data for as long as your consent is maintained. If you decide to withdraw your consent and when you exercise your rights, your personal data will be deleted from our databases.
