This International Women’s Day we’re proud to be supporting the theme #breakthebias to help create a more gender equal world.
The mission of this year’s International Women’s Day is to assist women to be in a position of power to make informed decisions about their health.
As a company focused on supporting women, and those assigned female at birth, throughout their fertility treatment journey, we understand the value in helping women take ownership of their health.
Women comprise almost half of the global population and have a significant influence on the wellbeing of families, communities and the economy. Yet there is a worldwide disparity in women’s healthcare and gender bias still persists.
Lack of data and research on women’s health can be fatal - many conditions impacting women are under-researched and often go undiagnosed and untreated, putting women at high risk.
This is unfortunately true in fertility, where conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, unexplained infertility, and many others are severely under-researched.
With Aura we’re trying to change this. We’re helping women take ownership of their fertility treatment journey and providing them with the tools to empower themselves.

Our pledge
We’re committed to helping women empower themselves, working with partners to expand our reach, and ensuring that women’s health is a priority in the fertility industry.
As part of the award, we'll be partnering with an Academic Health Science Network to deliver a real world evaluation of our product. This will ensure we make a real-world impact in the emotional and psychosocial health of people undergoing fertility treatment.
We’re grateful to have been given this opportunity to extend the potential of Aura and help as many fertility hopefuls as possible.
Happy International Women’s Day!
Here’s to celebrating amazing women doing amazing things.
