Our recruitment process

We start with a short form with some screening questions and your CV (you'll find the link to this in the JD or via LinkedIn)

If you pass our screening process, we’ll invite you for a first-stage interview with one or more of our founders. For shortlisted candidates, this is followed by a panel interview and a short task.

Our female founding team brings a range of experience from consulting, finance and design. We work hard, and value honesty and humanity. We're supported by a team of phenomenal experts and advisors. We also call on our incredible angel supporters, accelerator network and VC investors.
